For most of Lilian Julieth life has been an active participant in the non-profit sector, as a volunteer, as a youth Human Rights Program Director, as a community organizer, a volunteer coordinator, and a board member; also for those who are already working in the non-profit and voluntary sector.

Founder and Youth Human Rights Program Director Lilian Julieth Guilombo is a recognized young human Rights Defender, and social and communitarian volunteer worker with several years in different programs of our communities. She promotes human rights as a youth communitarian hard worker.
Born in Colombia she is former Petty officer first Class of de Navy League of Canada and former Cadet of de Air Cadets 188 Cobra Squadron, settlement program for children newcomers.

Ms. Lilian Julieth Guilombo works focused on monitoring abuses against children human rights in Colombia, and others places, promoting public support for human rights, promoting respect for human rights among children. In October 2012 Lilian Julieth request support and protection for Malala Yousufzai to Prime Minister of Pakistan in accordance to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights set by United Nations.

She participates with other human rights organizations in demonstrations and campaigns in the defense of other human rights defenders and victims also prepares support for children and other places.

Lilian Julieth co-founded Canadian Human Rights International Organization CHRIO and Collective Human Rights Defenders “Laura Acosta” International Organization COHURIDELA in 2003.

She was also recognized as one of the Youth volunteers awards 2012; CHRIO’s Volunteers’ Awards; New Pioneers awards 2013, Lieutenant Governor’s Community Volunteer Award for students 2014; The Share the Light Leadership Award 2015.
